We regularly replenish our inventory. However, during peak seasons, some items may run out faster than expected. Once these items are available, they'll promptly be listed again on our website. However, please note that there are certain seasonal items which are available for a limited period and won't be restocked once sold out. Why are the prices of Red Wing Safety's products different between Red Wing Safety Flagship Store, retailers and the eCommerce Store?

The pricing can vary as our Red Wing Safety Flagship Store, retailers and eCommerce Store each run their own unique promotional campaigns. Therefore, we unable to guarantee an uniform pricing across our online and brick-and-mortar stores. Furthermore, the prices of our products can also differ across different countries.

How can I locate the product code?

The product code, which typically consists of a 4 or 5 digit number, is used to uniquely identify each of our products. In the case of Safety Shoes, you can usually find this code on the shoe tongue. For Coveralls, the code is typically found on the inner side of the garment. For care products, the code is usually positioned at the back of the product.

Why was my order cancelled and my payment declined or refunded?

There could be several reasons for automatic order cancellation, refund, or payment rejection by our system. This could occur due to issues with the payment process, discrepancies with the supplied address, or availability issues with one or more items in your order.

What payment options are available?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Do I have to pay a cancellation fee on an out of stock / discontinued item?

No, if a refund is issued due to an item being out of stock or discontinued, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Do the prices include GST?


Yes, all our advertised prices are inclusive of GST. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar (S$)

What are the shipping options offered by Red Wing Safety's eCommerce Store?

At Red Wing Safety eCommerce Store, we provide our customers with two convenient options for receiving their goods or parcel. You can either opt for home delivery, with the added benefit of our standard real-time tracking service that allows you to keep a close watch on your package's progress. From the second it departs our warehouse, you can track it until it securely arrives at your designated address.

Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order from our warehouse. Please note that our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, with opening hours between 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm.

How long does order processing and shipping take?

We strive to process orders quickly and efficiently. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, during promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, up to a maximum of 3-4 business days. Shipping times will differ depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. How much does delivery cost?

There is a standard charge of S$7 per online order for shipping. However, if your order total is S$200* or more, free shipping is provided when during the checkout.

What should I do if I haven't received my order after the delivery timeframe?

During peak periods, it's suggested to allow an extra 1 to 2 days for your delivery. You can check the status of your delivery on the Ninja Van (here), which will provide information on any delays. Alternatively, you may feel free to reach out to our customer service team through the Contact Us form on our website.

What happens if I entered the wrong delivery address?

You have the option to cancel your online order within 30 minutes of confirmation and then submit a new order with the correct information. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you'll need to reach out to Ninja Van (here) to request a change in delivery address.

I need my safety shoes/ coverall immediately. Can I self-collect it by myself?

Yes, we provide a self-collection service at our Headquarters and warehouse, which is located at 1 Shipyard Road S628128. Please note that our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, with opening hours between 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. We are closed on weekend and public holidays

Do you deliver to my location?


We deliver within Singapore, however there are certain Postal Codes we don’t deliver to. Please refer to the item’s description for further details.

What is the return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days from the date on which you received the item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. What is the exchange policy?

Our exchange policy allows customers to exchange their purchases within 14 days after the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, tags, free gift (if any) and accessories included. Can I place bulk orders, and how do I qualify for bulk orders?

Yes, we welcome bulk orders. Customers who place orders over S$2000 will benefit from a 10% discount from listed price. This applies irrespective of the number of pieces ordered, provided the total spend reaches the S$2000 threshold. Please note that this discount does not apply to items already having a marked down price or on limited offer.
